Official Rules

Please read these rules before entering Heatable’s $2K for 2K Reviews Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents within Heatable's service areas in Maine and New Hampshire who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Service areas consist of the following counties: Maine: Androscoggin, Cumberland, Kennebec, and York; New Hampshire: Belknap, Cheshire, Hillsboro, Merrimac, and Sullivan. The Prize is intended for a personal residence, commercial properties are ineligible. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees, officers, directors or members of Heatable or any of its affiliates or vendors, or to their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren).

How to Enter. Beginning on December 1, 2025 at 10 a.m. ET and ending on December 15, 2025 at 10 a.m. ET (Sweepstakes Period), you can enter the Sweepstakes by going to www.heatable.com and clicking on the link to write a Google review. You must have a Google account to write a review and your review must include the hashtag #HeatableSweepstakes. By writing a review, you agree that it is your legitimate, original work, does not infringe upon any third-party rights and that Heatable and its agents have the right to use your post in any media without compensation. You can also enter the Sweepstakes by completing by hand a 4” x 6” postcard with your full name, street address, email and telephone number, and mailing it with proper postage to: Heatable Sweepstakes, 82 Running Hill Road, Suite 410, South Portland, ME 04106. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 8, 2025 and received by December 14, 2025. Incomplete, duplicate, or mechanically reproduced entries will be deemed void. Limit one (1) entry per person/per email address.

Prize. One (1) Prize will be awarded, consisting of $2,000 worth of heating oil, to be delivered at Winner’s residence which must be located within Heatable’s service area. If not already on file, a Heatable representative will do a tank safety inspection before any heating oil delivery can be made. Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash. Prize consists solely of delivery and provision of $2,000 of heating oil at the retail selling price at time of delivery; any additional expenses are winner’s responsibility. Prize must be redeemed in full by October 31, 2026. Prize arrangements and delivery of heating oil will be scheduled by Sponsor and may include multiple deliveries. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes and other expenses not listed herein associated with winning this prize. For the purpose of generating a 1099, the winner is required to provide Heatable with an IRS form W-9 in order to claim the prize.

Prize Drawing/Winner Validation. A random Prize drawing will be held on or about December 15, 2025. The winner will be notified by phone, U.S. Mail, or email within two (2) business days following the drawing. You are not a winner until validated by Sponsor. If the prize is not claimed within 10 days of notification, or if any potential recipient does not meet the eligibility criteria, the winner will be disqualified, and Heatable will select an alternate winner. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and a prize/publicity release.

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

Privacy Statement. By providing Heatable with your information, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Heatable. Heatable does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. To view the complete privacy statement, visit https://www.heatable.com/privacy-policy.

Miscellaneous. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Heatable reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, or to modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event that the operation, security or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired for any reason, including fraud, virus, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned. Google is not responsible for or directly associated with this contest. All Google reviews must comply with Google’s policies. Heatable reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, or who it determines to be in violation of these rules. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. The winner is not permitted to transfer, assign, or substitute the prize or redeem the prize for cash. However, Heatable reserves the right to substitute the prize for cash or with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason and in its sole discretion. If Heatable elects to substitute the prize for cash or with a prize of equal or greater value, the "value" of the prize shall be determined by the retail selling price of the prize on the day the substitution is extended. Participants agree that the decisions of Heatable related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. The Prize winner will be required to consent to the use of his/her name, photographs or likenesses for promotional purposes by Heatable without compensation, except where prohibited by law. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Limitations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions, entries or email that is lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, not delivered, or not received; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures (including but not limited to failures or malfunctions of phone lines, mail delivery service, telephone systems or other communications systems), destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for printing, distribution or production errors; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions; (iv) damage to entrants' or any person's computer or phone; (v) causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (vi) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (vii) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising related to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement/notification of prize winners; (viii) any human, or other error, which may occur in the promotion or administration of this Sweepstakes; or (ix) cheating or fraud by any participant.

Release and Limitation of Liability. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that your participation and acceptance of any prize is at your own risk. You further agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and Google, their respective officers, directors, members and employees from and against any or all claims, losses, injuries or damages resulting from your participation or acceptance of a prize.

Winner List. To request the name of the winner, available after validation, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 20, 2025 to: Heatable, ATTN: Winner List, 82 Running Hill Road, Suite 410, South Portland, ME 04106.
